Dolphins

We clocked up 175 miles in the last 24 hours in a remarkably constant northerly. I hope it will stay with us for the next 14 days. The skies are clear and empty of Western Sahara dust at last, although the sails are still covered with the stuff.

Today we have been blessed with a visit from a big pod of spotted Atlantic dolphins. This breed is known for extremely agility. They were sounding, breeching and doing backflips in the air all round Tainui for over an hour.

All is well on board.
